Swal’lech is the bomb
"Having a house remodeled when you are off island and totally reliant on your contractor to keep you informed of progress and to make smart decisions is a daunting concept. We could not have been happier with Alan and his team. Alan's regular communication, including frequent pictures, helped us stay informed every step of the way. The design input from Alan was fantastic, and his workers and subcontractors truly were artists that paid attention to tiny details. In spite of being slammed with a pandemic in the middle of construction, Alan kept the work moving forward steadily and the end product (virtually a full makeover of the entire house) is a thing of beauty. Based on how well Alan made suggestions that kept cost under control no matter what problems were found behind our walls, we will probably just hire him for future projects without takings bids. If there were more than five starts to check I would check them all."

"Swal'lech executed a big project for us on Lopez Island in 2018-2019 that included two (separate) kitchen remodels, hardwood floor installation and interior paint. They did a great job, and they made it easy for us to connect to 3rd party vendors to choose options like cabinets and appliances. We had many small requests and changes during the process and they were reasonable and accommodating which we really appreciated. I can definitely recommend Alan and his team to anyone."

"Swal'lech Construction completed a major remodel on our Lopez Island home during 2019. We found them wonderful to work with as well as professional, competent, efficient, flexible and reliable. The project was finished on schedule and they have a penchant for following through with all the details and finishing touches. We especially appreciated their close and amicable communication throughout the entire process. They are deserving of five golden stars, for sure!"
