"We love our new home! We asked Swal'lech to build us a "house that smiles" ~ and it does! And we have been smiling back at it since the day we moved in! We worked with Swal'lech from design to completion and all points in between. We were impressed with their workmanship, skills, and knowledge ~ and also their ability to really listen to us and communicate with us. Our home is a well-crafted home that suits us perfectly. In the design phase Swal'lech made suggestions that allowed us to stay within our budget and still build the house we wanted; and in the construction phase they made suggestions that creatively enhanced our home and the use of space within it. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work made us feel that they were building our home with the same care they would take if building their own. We started the project as strangers, but we parted as friends!"
